I was unsure of how to navigate the aviation industry and also found it difficult navigating the corporate world as a recent graduate. The mentor program provided me with confidence to know that I am a capable engineer and that I have what it takes to make a difference in the industry. The mentoring program gave me confidence in my abilities and inspired me to create an initiative to engage more women in aviation.
