The Empowering & Enabling the Women of Western Sydney (EEWWS) Program was a groundbreaking three-year initiative designed to break down employment barriers for women from diverse backgrounds.

1,676 CALD, First Nations, and LGBTQIA+ women engaged (18% above target)
36 industry partners & 147 female ambassadors driving change
1,340 participants (80%) motivated to pursue aviation careers across 13 LGAs
Winner “Training and Mentorship Program” at the Australian Aviation Awards 2024. Finalist for “Outstanding Diversity and Inclusion” at the 2024 A24 Airspace Awards
