The Empowering & Enabling Western Sydney Women Initiative is sponsored by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and aims to improve outcomes for the women of Western Sydney by increasing women’s participation in the aviation sector.  This is being achieved by creating awareness of aviation career choices and career entry pathways, and by addressing perceived gender and culture barriers.
