Small Aviation organisation rarely get access to leadership development built for how they actually operate. This program brought practical, aviation-specific inclusive leadership training to the owners, managers and team leaders who shape culture every day in small aviation operations across Australia.

What We Delivered:
Two Facilitated Workshops – Covering attraction and progression strategies, unconscious bias in small teams, and practical tools for embedding inclusive practice day to day
The Inclusive Workplace Toolkit – A digital resource covering recruitment, onboarding, everyday inclusive behaviours and bias interruption, built to be used long after the workshops end
Real Industry Exchange – Sessions built around live discussion, peer sharing and practical scenarios drawn directly from participants’ own workplaces
